Components:

Front lights: Replacement fang lights with clear lens

These replacement front fang lights include amber lights that are uses as turn indicators. The running light wires connect to the factory fang harness. The turn function plugs into our turn signal harness.

Column mounted lever switch with horn and hazard

One of our most popular switch styles, this heavy duty metal switch mounts to the steering column and features a horn button on the lever as well as a built in hazard function. This switch should be covered before powerwashing the vehicle.
Includes U-Bracket Mounting bracket for lever switches used in the MCSADVENTURES Plug and Play Turn Signal Kits. Provides a simple and robust mounting option vs standard hose clamp mounting.

Adjustable Flasher Relay

Flasher relay with adjustable flash rate. Use the dial to adjust the flash rate. This flasher (CF3) can be replaced with the non adustable EP34 in a pinch. Installation: the relay should be mounted away from water. It is best to zip tie a plastic bag around the relay if you powerwash the interior of your vehicle.

Dash cluster tie-in

If you have the instrument cluster pictured, you may wish to utilize our cluster tie-in kit to utilize the indicator arrows in your OEM gauge. Simply snap the pins from our harness into the factory plug housing. Note: may not be compatible with all machines even with this cluster (example: 2018 Ranger won't work). If you choose to utilize this feature, a complete test should be performed with machine off and machine running prior to installation. Most issues with installing the cluster harness can be solved by pressing the harness pins further into the housing. The pins may click before they are fully seated. Green led indicators are included for those unable to take advantage of the cluster tie-in. more info here

Rear tail light tie-in harness

Rear T-Harness adds rear turn signal functionality to the factory tail lights. The harness Ts into the factory harness at each rear tail light. Your vehicle needs to have tail lights with the 4 pin plug shown in the photos below.

Accessory power plug tie-in

For vehicles equipped with an accessory power bar. This power plug can be attached to the turn signal kit harness using the provided connectors.

Features

Kit utilizes a heavy duty column mounted turn signal switch ensuring natural feel and ease of use. Switch features built in horn button as well as hazard option. This is a beefy metal body switch....not a painted plastic unit!

Unlike rocker or toggle switches, a column style switch retains a natural feel similar to a car.

Hazard function works even with key off.

Includes optional instrument cluster integration for machines with the instrument cluster shown.

2 plug and play harness assemblies complete the kit.

Uses factory brake lights and converts them for use as brake AND turn signal just like many automobiles. Front fang lights mount in place of the OEM plastic inserts in the front grill. A 2 pin plug plugs directly into the OEM harness providing white illumination with key on. Once a turn is selected the corresponding fang light will flash orange indicating turn. NO HOLES TO DRILL OR SPLICING WIRES!

A loud throaty automotive style horn is included. This is no beep beep toy sounding ATV or Motorcycle horn that you find on many other kits on the market folks! It is a legit auto/truck horn with a deep tone that will put many car horns to shame!

Installation

Installation times will vary based on your familiarity with the vehicle. A beginner could plan on spending 5 hours on the install while an installer could plan on 20 to 30 minutes.

Painfully simple to install. All components terminated with connectors allowing for full plug and play operation.

Rear T harness plugs into the left and right tail lights utilizing the rear brake lights as turn signals. This custom harness then feeds from the rear of machine through tunnel and up into hood compartment where it feeds through firewall into dash and plugs into the turn signal switch.

A complete front end harness routes to each fang light and plugs in. NO SPLICING!

For power, only 2 connections to the vehicle are required: 12v+ 12-

A pulse pigtail is included for units with the pulse power bar.

Total install time approx 1 hour.
