15 Amp inline Accessory Bar Power Adapter

Compatible with Polaris Pulse Bar System

Takes an existing accessory and provides up to 15 amps of isolated key on power

Updated design accomodates existing key on or battery constant configurations

No more guessing, wire cutting or rigging. Just reliable plug and play key-on power for demanding accessories

What exactly does it do?

Simple:  This inline adapter converts one of your existing accessory plug outlets into a 15 amp key on accessory plug outlet.

Key Features:

  •  15 Amp Key-On Power – Supplies isolated key on power to the the center and outer terminals of your accessory plug. This means, regardless of whether your accessory is configured for 12v battery constant or key ignition power, installing this device inline provides isolated KEY-ON power to your accessory.

  •  Relay-Driven Design – Pulls power directly from the battery terminal and switches it on via the key-on signal, keeping your OEM fuse safe.

  •  Plug-and-Play Installation – Simply installs between your accessory plug and the Polaris accessory bar—no cutting or splicing required.

  •  OEM Fuse Protection – Prevents repeated fuse failures by offloading high-current accessories from the stock key-on circuit.

  •  Compatible with Most Accessories – Perfect for light bars, powered GPS units, radios, and more.

  •  Note: accessory bar not included—shown in photos for reference only.

Tired of Blowing Your OEM Key-On Accessory Fuse?

If you're running multiple accessories off your vehicle’s OEM key-on power source, you’ve probably already experienced blown fuses and inconsistent performance. This simple plug-and-play harness is the solution you’ve been looking for.

What It Does:
This harness inserts directly between your power bar and the power-hungry accessory that’s overloading your factory key-on circuit. It provides a dedicated 15 amps of key-on power, ensuring your accessory runs reliably without stressing the OEM fuse.

Why You Need It:
You have an accessory that's on all the time (battery) and you wish to convert it to key power.

You have an accessory that's currently wired for key on power but you're overloading your OEM accessory fuse (often limited to 10a total for all accessories)

Many aftermarket light bars and accessories ship with wiring kits that include a relay—but often, they’re configured incorrectly. Many kits use a 2-wire relay setup that doesn’t properly isolate or control power as a true 3-wire relay should.

Our Solution:
This custom harness corrects those issues with a proper 3-wire relay setup, allowing for correct key-on activation and clean power delivery—all in a hassle-free, plug-and-play design.

Perfect For:

  • Light bars

  • Radios

  • GPS units

  • Additional lighting or 12V accessories

Stop overloading your OEM circuits. Protect your fuse. Power your gear properly.

Nothing new here folks. We've just cleaned it up and made it plug and play.

We all know that one person that has wasted their entire evening cobbling this type of setup together late on a thursday night before that weekend ride. You know, the one's that didn't plan accordingly and are now forced to cut their accessory plug apart in an effort to turn $12 worth of random scrap parts around the garage into a wire nut it, butt splice it, twist and tape it sketchy resolution in hopes of not missing that weekend night ride with the new light bar!

For those that would rather spend their time on more important things, we have you covered. You litterally just unplug your accessory, insert this device in between and plug it back together. It's maybe 10 seconds folks!

There are 2 fuse holders on this harness.

Yellow fuse holder: This is the fuse supplying power to the relay coil. This fuse does not need to exceed 5 amps. It is simply triggering the relay when key is switched on.

Black fuse holder: This is the main workhorse fuse protecting the output to the accessory and ships with it’s max rating of 15 amps.

It is the installers’ responsibility to ensure adequate wire thickness is being connected and matched to this fuse size.  We suggest 14-gauge conductor wire for this 15-amp fuse.

If a smaller conductor wire size is being used for the accessory, remove the 15a fuse on the black fuse holder and use a proper fuse sized for the conductor being used.

example:

If 16ga conductor wire is being run, we suggest a 7.5 amp but no higher than a 10amp fuse

If 18ga conductor wire is being run, we suggest a 5 amp but no higher than a 7.5-amp fuse
