Need more reliable key-on power without overloading your OEM circuits? This plug-and-play adapter is designed specifically for Polaris Pulse bar systems to provide a clean, relay-driven 15A power source for demanding accessories.

Will ONLY work for an existing accessory plug that is wired for KEY-ON power (center terminal). 

What exactly does it do?  Simple:  It converts one of your existing key on accessory plug outlets into a 15 amp key on accessory plug outlet.

This harness inserts directly between your power bar and the power-hungry accessory that’s overloading your factory key-on circuit. It provides a dedicated 15 amps of key-on power, ensuring your accessory runs reliably without stressing the OEM fuse.

Why You Need It:
Many aftermarket light bars and accessories ship with wiring kits that include a relay—but often, they’re configured incorrectly. These kits use a 2-wire relay setup that doesn’t properly isolate or control power as a true 3-wire relay should.

This custom harness corrects those issues with a proper 3-wire relay setup, allowing for correct key-on activation and clean power delivery—all in a hassle-free, plug-and-play design.

15 amp rating

For installation, simply unplug existing accessory plug and insert this in between.

There are 2 fuse holders on this harness. 

 

 

Yellow fuse holder: This is the fuse supplying power to the relay coil. This fuse does not need to exceed 5 amps. It is simply triggering the relay when key is switched on.

Black fuse holder: This is the main workhorse fuse protecting the output to the accessory and ships with it’s max rating of 15 amps.   

It is the installers’ responsibility to ensure adequate wire thickness is being connected and matched to this fuse size.  We suggest 14-gauge conductor wire for this 15-amp fuse.  

If a smaller conductor wire size is being used for the accessory, remove the 15a fuse on the black fuse holder and use a proper fuse sized for the conductor being used.

example:

If 16ga conductor wire is being run, we suggest a 7.5 amp but no higher than a 10amp fuse

If 18ga conductor wire is being run, we suggest a 5 amp but no higher than a 7.5-amp fuse
