Components:

Front lights: 3/4 LED Recessed (amber lens, amber light)

3/4" Recessed Bullet LED Light - Amber Lens / Amber Light. Most of our kits ship with 3 lights per side which allows for a light to be installed around to the side for maximum visiblity.

Front lights: Bolt On LED (clear lens, amber light)

Bolt on style LED strip. Clear lens with amber light. Can be bolted on or installed through the grill. Two rows of leds for an ultra bright signal.

Column mounted lever switch- black

Black lever switch with hazard function

Adjustable flasher relay

Flasher relay with adjustable flash rate. Use the dial to adjust the flash rate. This flasher (CF3) can be replaced with the non adustable EP34 in a pinch. Installation: the relay should be mounted away from water. It is best to zip tie a plastic bag around the relay if you powerwash the interior of your vehicle.

Dash cluster tie-in

If you have a compatible instrument cluster, you may wish to utilize our cluster tie-in kit to utilize the indicator arrows in your OEM gauge. Simply snap the pins from our harness into the factory plug housing. Note: machines may have a compatible cluster (example: 2018 Ranger won't work). If you choose to utilize this feature, a complete test should be performed with machine off and machine running prior to installation. Most issues with installing the cluster harness can be solved by pressing the harness pins further into the housing. The pins may click before they are fully seated. Green led indicators are included for those unable to take advantage of the cluster tie-in. more info here

Rear tail light tie-in harness

Rear T-Harness adds rear turn signal functionality to the factory tail lights. The harness Ts into the factory harness above the clutch cover. . Your vehicle needs to have the 4 pin plug shown in the photos below.

Features

Column mounted switch installs much easier than rocker or toggle switches and doesn't require any holes in your dash. Kit utilizes a heavy duty column mounted turn signal switch ensuring natural feel and ease of use. Switch features built in indicators as well as hazard option. This is a beefy metal body switch....not some cheap plastic knockoff.

2 plug and play harness assemblies complete the kit.

Hazard function works even with key off! (Very important function often overlooked by the competition)

Includes optional instrument cluster integration for machines with the instrument cluster shown.

Uses factory brake lights and converts them for use as brake AND turn signal just like many automobiles.

Installation

Installation times will vary based on your familiarity with the vehicle. A beginner could plan on spending 5 hours on the install while an installer could plan on 20 to 30 minutes.

Rear T harness plugs into factory 4 pin bed to chassis plug located above the rear portion of clutch cover and utilizes the rear brake lights as turn signals. This harness easily feeds from rear of machine through tunnel and up into hood compartment where it feeds through firewall into dash and plugs into the turn signal switch. A complete front end harness with sealed LED lights feeds through firewall into dash and also plugs into the turn signal switch.

Painfully simple to install. Only requires 12v+ and 12v- connection to machine.

All components terminated with connectors allowing for full plug and play operation.

Total install time approx 1 hour.
