Front lights: Bumper lights

Bumper Lights for 1500HD Style Bumpers (including 2025 Ranger 1000XP) These lights feature LED running lights and sequential turn signals. This kit includes a dash mounted ON/OFF switch for the white running lights.

Carling 'L' Series L/R Rocker Switch - blue backlight

Carling 'L' Series switches match the factory switches in 18+ Rangers. The blue backlights in the switch also function as turn indicators.

Adjustable flasher relay

Flasher relay with adjustable flash rate. Use the dial to adjust the flash rate. This flasher (CF3) can be replaced with the non adustable EP34 in a pinch. Installation: the relay should be mounted away from water. It is best to zip tie a plastic bag around the relay if you powerwash the interior of your vehicle.

Automotive style horn

Loud automotive style horn. 105db, 410hz.

Dash cluster tie-in

If you have a compatible instrument cluster, you may wish to utilize our cluster tie-in kit to utilize the indicator arrows in your OEM gauge. Simply snap the pins from our harness into the factory plug housing. Note: machines may have a compatible cluster (example: 2018 Ranger won't work). If you choose to utilize this feature, a complete test should be performed with machine off and machine running prior to installation. Most issues with installing the cluster harness can be solved by pressing the harness pins further into the housing. The pins may click before they are fully seated. Green led indicators are included for those unable to take advantage of the cluster tie-in. more info here

Rear tail light tie-in harness

Rear T-Harness adds rear turn signal functionality to the factory tail lights. The harness Ts into the factory harness at each rear tail light. Your vehicle needs to have tail lights with the 4 pin plug shown in the photos below.

Selectable power source

Power Source Options This exclusive option from MCSADVENTURES gives you the flexibility to choose how your turn signals operate, tailoring them to your specific needs. You can configure your signals to function only when the key is turned on, or alternatively, enable them to work even when the key is off. For instance, you might prefer to restrict signal functionality to when the key is on to prevent accidental battery drain in case a signal is left active. However, there are situations where you may need the signals to work without the key, such as leaving your vehicle parked along a road with the hazard lights on for added safety. This option empowers you to easily switch between these two modes, ensuring convenience and peace of mind in any scenario. At MCSADVENTURES, options are mandatory.

Features

Kit is comprised of a complete switch/control module front harness which connects to a rear T harness.

Rocker switch harnesses are prewired into the main control module and simply plug onto the back of the rocker switch. No fumbling with qd terminals.

Blue illuminated Left / Right rocker lights up with key on and also flashes when selected thus indicating direction.

Includes optional instrument cluster integration for machines with the instrument cluster shown.

A custom rear T harness plugs into the left and right factory tail lights and converts the factory brake lights for use as brake AND turn signals. We also supply a license plate light pigtail that can activate your license plate light with key on. (license plate light & bracket not included) Many areas don't require license plates. The areas that do, can have varying sizes of plates issued. Additionally, we feel it's better to allow customers to choose their own unique plate mount and light which are readily available. Not all of us are Bears fans!!

Front indicators mount into the factory bumper provide a clean OEM appearance without drilling holes.

Also included is a complete matching hazard/horn combo kit. This reduces clutter on your dash while still giving you all the bells and whistles. Prewired harness simply plugs into the main turn signal harness. A loud true automotive horn is included. This isn't your toy scooter horn you hear from the moped next door. Folks this horn will wake up your neighbors!

All plug and play. Everything literally plugs together.  Kit ships with a pre attached Power plug compatible with Polaris Pulse Bar system so it's ready to litterally plug into your machine and power up.

Installation

Installation times will vary based on your familiarity with the vehicle. A beginner could plan on spending 5 hours on the install while an installer could plan on 20 to 30 minutes.

Painfully simple to install. All components terminated with connectors allowing for full plug and play operation.

Rear T harness plugs into the left and right tail lights utilizing the rear brake lights as turn signals. This custom harness then feeds from the rear of machine through tunnel and up into hood compartment where it feeds through firewall into dash and plugs into the turn signal switch.

A complete front end harness feeds through firewall into dash and also plugs into the turn signal switch. 

For power, simply plug in the power plug to the OEM bus bar if equiped or utilize the included adapter with standard ring terminals.

Total install time approx 1 hour.

We've designed a great plug n play solution at a very reasonable price.

This kit was created out of a need. Late model Polaris Rangers utilize a totally different rocker switch than the majority of aftermarket rockers available.  If you have a late model Polaris Ranger (2018 and up specifically) and have punched the OEM rocker switch holes out or have a unit that someone else punched the holes out already......well, you aren't going to fit standard aftermarket switches into that hole as the switch will simply flop around or disappear into your dash when you attempt to snap it into place.  Solution?  This kit utilizes matching OEM size rocker switches. As such, these switches easily snap into any of your OEM rocker switch knockouts located in the center dash or to the left of the steering wheel.
