Components:

Front lights: Fang lights

These front fang lights include white running lights and amber lights that are uses as turn indicators. Mounting Tabs hold the lights to the back of the factory grill. Connect the included power harness to 12v+ keyed ignition and to 12v- ground. Plug the turn wire into the front turn signal harness.

Front lights: 3/4 LED Recessed (clear lens, amber light)

3/4" Recessed Bullet LED Light - Amber Lens / Amber Light. Most of our kits ship with 3 lights per side which allows for a light to be installed around to the side for maximum visiblity.

Dash mounted rocker switch - green backlight

Carling Contura Series switches match the factory switches on many vehicles. The green backlights in the switch also function as turn indicators.

Adjustable flasher relay

Flasher relay with adjustable flash rate. Use the dial to adjust the flash rate. This flasher (CF3) can be replaced with the non adustable EP34 in a pinch. Installation: the relay should be mounted away from water. It is best to zip tie a plastic bag around the relay if you powerwash the interior of your vehicle.

Automotive style horn

Loud automotive style horn. 105db, 410hz.

Dash cluster tie-in

If you have a compatible instrument cluster, you may wish to utilize our cluster tie-in kit to utilize the indicator arrows in your OEM gauge. Simply snap the pins from our harness into the factory plug housing. Note: machines may have a compatible cluster (example: 2018 Ranger won't work). If you choose to utilize this feature, a complete test should be performed with machine off and machine running prior to installation. Most issues with installing the cluster harness can be solved by pressing the harness pins further into the housing. The pins may click before they are fully seated. Green led indicators are included for those unable to take advantage of the cluster tie-in. more info here

Rear tail light tie-in harness

Rear T-Harness adds rear turn signal functionality to the factory tail lights. The harness Ts into the factory harness above the clutch cover. . Your vehicle needs to have the 4 pin plug shown in the photos below.

Accessory power plug tie-in

No wiring hassle — the Pulse Plug connects straight to the Polaris Pulse Bar to power your turn signal system.

Features

Kit is comprised of a main control module harness which connects to 2 sub harnesses.

Rocker switch harnesses are pre-wired into the main control module and simply plug onto the back of the rocker switch.

Green illuminated Left / Right rocker lights up with key on and also flashes when selected thus indicating direction.

Hazard function works even with key off! (Very crucial and a function often overlooked by the competition)

Includes optional instrument cluster integration for machines with the instrument cluster shown.

A custom rear T harness plugs into factory tail light harness and converts factory brake lights for use as brake AND turn signals. We also supply a license plate light pigtail that can activate your license plate light with key on.

Optional front indicators (2 per side) mount into a 3/4" diameter hole to provide a clean oem appearance.

A combination hazard / horn rocker switch saves space in your dash while maintaining all the bells and whistles.

A loud throaty automotive style horn is included. This is no beep-beep toy sounding ATV or Motorcycle horn that you find on many other kits on the market folks! It is a legit auto/truck horn with a deep tone that will put many car horns to shame!

All plug and play. Everything plugs together.

Always consult your local and State laws if you intend to utilize this kit to make your machine street legal. Depending on the laws in your area this kit may or may not comply with street legal requirements.

Installation

Installation times will vary based on your familiarity with the vehicle. A beginner could plan on spending 5 hours on the install while an installer could plan on 20 to 30 minutes.

Lift bed to locate the 4 pin plug on top rear driver side frame area.

Rear T harness utilizes the rear brake lights as turn signals feeds from rear of machine through tunnel and up into hood compartment where it feeds through firewall into dash and plugs into the control module.

A front rocker switch harness and control module mate to the rear harness for quick connection.

LED front accent lights quickly mount into place by removing the grille and mounting them onto the grille.

Painfully simple to install. All components terminated with connectors allowing for full plug and play operation.
A pulse power plug harness is also included for easy installation on newer machines with the pulse power bar.

Connect the yellow fuse holder to a 12v+ key on power source

Connect the black wire to ground

Plug the lights in via the included harness.

Each remaining single yellow wire on the lights should connect to the signal wire coming from the turn signal kit. Once installed and connected correctly, the lights should illuminate white with key on and flash amber when a turn is selected.
